A sauna, a steam bath and modern exercise equipment can be found in the fitness and spa area.
Within a 15-minute walk you can reach St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Vienna State Opera and characteristic Viennese cafés. The Botanical Gardens are located right next to the Savoyen Hotel.
Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Austrian Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna. To take advantage of this special rate, we encourage delegates reserve their room as soon as possible but no later than Friday 20 November. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed and rates are subject to change after this date. All rooms and rates are subject to availability.

It has come to our attention that a number of accommodation service providers have contacted companies supporting Plastics & Paper for Food Contact Packaging 2026 regarding hotel reservations. When delegates say they have already booked they are told that they need to finalise their booking by completing a form with credit card details. This generates a new booking and a 25% deposit is immediately charged to the card - this is non-refundable and any cancellation incurs a heavy penalty.
