How to book your hotel accommodation

Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Frankfurt City at a preferential rate of €142 per room per night for single occupancy including breakfast. Wherever possible accommodation should be reserved early as rooms cannot be guaranteed.

How to get there

Arriving by car from the west:
A5 motorway, exit Westkreuz Frankfurt, then head towards Stadtmitte.
Follow the signs for Stadtmitte as far as the Messeturm's car park.
Turn right after the Messeturm and the Frankfurt Festhalle onto the Platz der Einheit.
Turn right at the traffic lights after 150 metres.
Enter "Platz der Einheit" into your GPS system and follow the signs for the hotel.

Arriving by car from Frankfurt:
Follow the signs for the Messeturm as far as Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage.
At the Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage roundabout, take the turning for Stadtmitte/Hauptbahnhof.
Turn right after the Messeturm and the Frankfurt Festhalle onto the Platz der Einheit.
Turn right at the traffic lights after 150 metres.
Enter "Platz der Einheit" into your GPS system and follow the signs for the hotel

Arriving by plane, train, S-Bahn, underground or tram:
Take the S9 regional railway (S-Bahn) to Hauptbahnhof.
At Hauptbahnhof, change to the U4 underground line to Bockenheimer Warte or tram number 16 towards Ginnheim, and get off at Festhalle/Messe.
The hotel is directly behind the Festhalle.
Please do not take the S-Bahn to Messe station.

Arriving by bus:
The 32 and 33 bus lines stop in front of the City entrance to the Festhalle.
The hotel is directly behind the Festhalle.
